Rob founded one of Sydney Australia's most successful "low doc" and "deposit bond" businesses for the Sydney Real Estate market during the 90's and early millennium. Rob also founded one of Australia's leading conveyancing practices. He is a lawyer by profession with a commercial mind with international business experience. In 1996 Rob worked with Damien to secure a series of technology rights in from one of Germany's leading encryption and bank security firms "INCOSYS". This lead to the deployment of a set of unique tools to applications to check and verify data packet transmissions from ATM to ATM. The systems were sold through to ERICOM. They have close to 70% of the black box encryption market in Australia with their technology in 70% of the ATM's.

Rob is a successful property developer and has extensive knowledge in the areas of I.P.O's and capital acquisition, IT markets and the global capital markets. Rob works with Damien Reilly on the global commercialisation of ACIT Finance's I.T funding services. Rob has also been a business associate and friend of Damien Reilly for over 22 years.

Rob's global network of high net worth individuals and corporates provides ACIT Finance with access to key market accelerators and market relationships. Rob is the driver of ACIT Finance's growth into new markets including the UK, IRELAND and CANADA.

As the Chairman for ACIT Finance, Rob manages corporate governance and compliance and provides the anchor required to drive the firm's success path. He deals with the Venture Capital Market's both domestically and internationally. He works on the day to day expansion of the firms loan book and expansion of the firm's VC and Angel funder networks with Damien Reilly. His attention to detail and dedication to the legal profession provide ACIT Finance with excellence in corporate governance, compliance and reporting.

His diverse and far reaching global networks in technology provide ACIT Finance with a market leading edge in web based communication systems. Having built systems for some of Australia's leading companies including Energy Australia, Cotton Australia, KPMG AUSTRALIA and Intelligent Smart Cards to name a few, Mr. Reilly is a specialist in the practical application and integration of web based communication systems into business.

Damien has over 18 years I.T experience. He is an accomplished musician, composer and producer with numerous international recording credits to his name and top 40 chart achievements. Blue Pie Productions is receiving critical acclaim world wide. The company is enjoying global success with Damien leading his team with many successful licenses, chart positions and sales of the Blue Pie catalogue in Australia, USA, UK, ITALY and ASIA.

Damien has been the driving force for ACIT Finance and has lead his team to fund over $16M in loans in the past 8 years. The firm continues to expand through its customer base. Damien continues to study eastern philosophy with past times including Tae Kwon Do (14 yrs), Music, Family, Charity work, and playing live music.

Jon Taber
Director of Business Development North America's
Jon Taber is a seasoned executive and product manager with extensive experience. Jon possesses knowledge on how to build individual and organisational strengths, find and seize business opportunities, and deliver profitable, on-time performance.

Jon is a seasoned executive, product manager, and project manager with extensive experience in the fields of: computer software development; web design and hosting; wholesale and retail sales; design, manufacturing and distribution of computers; manufacturing of semiconductors; design, manufacturing and sales of food and toys; management of hospitality facilities; and management of medical services. Jon brings experience and wisdom to the ACIT Finance and Blue Pie team.

Jon is the business development and project manager for major I.T infrastructure projects for ACIT Finance and Magic Blue Creative for the North American markets. Jon is President of Sacramento Coaches Association, and a member of International Coach Federation. He has been coaching and training business supervisors, managers and executives since 1979.

Prior to his current activities, Jon was CEO of Veracicom, Inc., a $20 million, multiple facility company providing cutting-edge IT Solutions to international corporations using, server-based computing systems, high-speed networks and subscription-based software sales. Jon is also the former President and COO of ContractQuest Corporation (CQ) and Nhanced Media Corporation, software development companies specializing in producing and selling wireless and wired applications for building contractors and other professionals. CQ and Nhanced Media were merged into Veracicom.

Jon was also one of six persons in a start-up team to develop Unicom Systems, in less than three years, into a $50 million business machine sales company, which was acquired by the Fortune 500 Company, Rockwell International.

Jon is on the board of Ordior and holds business development posts with Magic Blue Creative and Blue Pie Productions.

Denis Facer

Denis brings over 17 years of commercial mortgage broking and finance services to the management team of ACIT Finance. His attention to detail and management of the day to day operations of the firm are handled with military precision. Denis has worked with the board in various other roles over the past 17 years. His understanding of financial systems and the process involved to secure funding and to finance corporate needs provide ACIT Finance with a market leading edge over our competitors.


Denis knows how to develop a team of consultants and drive sales of financial service products. No job is too big or too small for Denis. As he says " All clients lead to other projects. It is often how you perform on the small projects that determine if you are offered larger projects "

Denis's past roles include:

Denis enjoys playing Golf, Rugby Union, Tennis, Surfing, and spending time researching the finance markets globally. He is a perfectionist with his administration duties and as the General Manager of ACIT Finance, Denis manages the day to day operations and looks after all key customer relationships.

Damian Higgins
CTO - Chief Technology Officer


Damian has over 15 years of practical IT experience working in senior LAN and WAN management positions over the past 10 years. His project management skills are world class and he has delivered some of Australia’s largest LAN and WAN rollouts over the past 6 years.

Damian manages the day to day operations of Magic Blue Creative's portfolio of I.T projects, systems build and clients. Magic Blue Creative’s technical support and application development team are able to offer support for all Microsoft server products and applications. Damian’s world class project management skills insure that all Magic Blue Creative's projects are delivered on time and with in budget. Damian’s skills allow Magic Blue Creative to be able to implement, manage and troubleshoot operating systems including Unix, Linux, Citrix.

Damian was the General Manager for Nettis from 1998 to 2004. Nettis handled clients of up to 200 users until it was purchased by a conglomerate and no longer exists. Whilst with Nettis Damian was sub contracted to IBM and Com Tech on projects for SOE role outs and general server and environment support.

Through this experience and his depth of practical knowledge on Microsoft products Damian provides Magic Blue Creative clients with projects that are completed on time and within budget.
